"The industrial push continues to move east to Livermore and beyond as prices escalate in Hayward, Oakland and the western Tri-Valley area," stated Randy Ackerman, senior director of real estate development at Opus West, in anouncing the project. "The vacancy rates in Livermore are below 5% so there is a definite need for more space. We feel like the industrial demand in Livermore is only going to get stronger, and that now is a good time to make a push development-wise."
