The 10-year lease, valued at $2.7 million, will establish a major East Coast network location for this rapidly expanding telecommunications provider, Colliers ABR officials note.
"1351 Washington Blvd., is a carrier hotel located in Stamford's Central Business District, and has recently been upgraded throughout to provide the necessary infrastructure," according to Michael Norris of Colliers ABR, which represented the tenant.
