The deal package comprises the sale of the 198,400-sf Building III; the leasing of the 83,200-sf Building I and the 43,066-sf Building II, both for 10 years; and the acquisition by AT&T Broadband of a 9.77-acre parcel and a five-acre parcel. The transactions give the telecom firm control of 324,666 sf and 14.77 acres at the park.
AT&T is taking the entire 83,200 sf in Building I. The balance of the space in the 108,800-sf Building II is leased to Multiaqua Inc., Coinmach Laundry Corp. and Babcock Lumber Co.
