Stanford MicroDevices Eyes July Move Into 20,832 SF

RICHARDSON, TX-Stanford Microdevices has inked a five-year lease for 20,832 sf at 1212 E. Arapaho Rd. The company plans to occupy the site in July in a move that will more than quadruple its office space.

The company, which presently offices in 5,000 sf, is taking space at 1212 E. Arapaho Rd. in a property owned by Aetna Life Insurance Co. The spot had been occupied by Coollink, which had part of its operation relocate to the International Business Park while another had been sold off, Janice Peters of Henry S. Miller Commercial/Industrial Division tells GlobeSt.com. Peters represented Stanford Microdevices in the transaction while Jeff Thornton acted on Aetna's behalf.
