The borrower is National Realty & Development Corp., based in Purchase, NY. The company has a portfolio of about 12 million sf of commercial property, much of it shopping center space, in some 15 states.
Mansfield Commons' tenant mix is led by Wal-Mart, which occupies just over 123,500 sf. Other anchors include an A&P supermarket (just under 64,500 sf) and a Sears Hardware store.
