Heartland Sells Three Wisconsin Properties for $2 Mil

MINNEAPOLIS-Heartland Partners says it has closed the sales of three properties in Wisconsin for more than $2 million. The state of Wisconsin bought a four-acre parcel in the Milwaukee suburb of West Allis adjacent to the Wisconsin State Fair Park as well as the 60,000-sf Kilbourn Depot that provides Amtrak service in Milwaukee. The Chicago-based real estate partnership also sold a three-acre parcel in Milwaukee to Readco.

Heartland, with properties in 14 states, primarily in the upper Midwest and northernUS, earlier sold Centex Homes in Rosemount, MN, the option to buy the undeveloped part of Bloomfield subdivision in Rosemount and 113 acres in Rosemount to St. John’s Lutheran Church.
