The law firm preleased all Sunroad Corporate Centre IV, which is under construction and slated for completion this fall. The firm also took the top two of four floors in Sunroad Corporate Centre III, a 91,000-sf building also under construction.Burnham Real Estate Services represented the developer, Frazee East Properties. CB Richard Ellis represented the lessee. The general contractor is Swinerton & Walberg Co. Interior design is by Howard Sneed Architecture & Design, while the project architect is Brian Paul & Associates.
