DALLAS-The Italian Collection, a new wholesaler in the metroplex, has signed for 11,205 sf of industrial space in the six-building, 270,000-sf Mercantile-Quaker Business Park in Dallas.

The wholesaler will be occupying space vacated by Superior Metals, which has closed its Dallas operations, Michelle Hudson of Henry S. Miller Commercial told GlobeSt.com. The property at 4946 Top Line Dr. is owned by Mercantile-Quaker, which Hudson has represented. The park is fully leased as a result of the transaction, says Hudson. Mark Miller of the Robert Lynn Co. in Dallas has acted on behalf of the tenant who plans to use the property for a wholesale distribution center.
