Seller Opts for Residential Development Over Office Complex

ANAHEIM, CA-Polygon Development sold the 16-acre parcel after considering the neighboring area and what local residents wanted.

"Polygon was considering offers from developers who wanted to build an office park at the site, but the company felt a residential development would be more consistent with the area and with what local residents wanted," says Louis Tomaselli, broker with Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office.
