The new neighborhood center is located at the corner of Woodlands Parkway and Kuykendahl. Stores and offices already operating at the center include Kroger Signature Store, Woodforest National Bank, Crescent City Beignets, State Farm Insurance, Sport Clips, Exxon, Pizza Hut, Blockbuster Video, Anthony & Sylvan Pools, Mail Boxes Etc., Eckerd Drug, Sterling Ridge Cleaners, McDonald's, Kenneth Griffith, D.D.S. and Great Harvest Bread Co. The 130,000-sf Sterling Ridge Valley Center has been designed by Hermes Reed of Houston and developed by the Woodlands Operating Co.
