Royal Investors Group Inc. of Los Angeles bought the 110,224-sf Huntington Beach Shopping Center, located at 7212 Edinger Ave., in Huntington Beach for $6.6 million.
Renovated in 1989, the center features major tenants such as Albertson's/Sav-On, Toys R Us, and Goodyear Tire.
Jeffrey Vitek of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office and Sam Alison of CB Richard Ellis' Los Angeles office represented the seller in the transaction.
