First Northwest Florida Embassy Suites Opens at Estimated Construction Cost of $15 million.

ORLANDO-The four-story, 154-unit hotel in Destin, FL is owned by Miramar Beach Hotel Co. Ltd. and managed by Southern Ventures Corp. of Fort Walton Beach, FL. Destin is 250 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando.

The four-story hotel is partnering with Premier Restaurant Operations for the catering business. The hotel is owned by Miramar Beach Hotel Co. Ltd. and managed by 24-year-old Southern Ventures Corp. which also developed the property.

The hotel offers 7,000 sf of meeting space, a calypso café grill and bar and a private boardwalk to the beach. The property is at 570 Old Highway 98, directly across from the Gulf of Mexico in South Walton County..
