MortgageRamp Aligns with VerticalNet Solutions

CHARLOTTE-With a new technology provider in its corner, the locally based financial services firm will expedite data to customers completing a loan application.

MortgageRamp will use Vertical Net's eMarketplace suite technology platform, allowing brokers, financial institutions, lenders and vendors to conduct business in real-time across multiple market mechanisms.

In addition, VerticalNet Solutions' analytical tools, research capabilities, industry news and educational resources will offer further support. Vertical Net Solutions is a division of Vertical Net Inc.

In a prepared statement, MortgageRamp CEO Michael Greco says Vertical's supplementary technology will enable MortgageRamp to continue refining the traditional model of the commercial mortgage industry by reducing the time between loan origination, closing and securitization without loss of due diligence.

MortgageRamp has another strategic alliance with New York-based GlobeSt.com, the leading content Website for commercial real estate professionals. GlobeSt.com is providing users of the MortgageRamp site with daily headlines, abstracts and the most comprehensive and timely industry news gathered from its network of 40 reporters in 25 metropolitan centers.
