Applied Micro Circuits Takes Another 50,000 SF in Sorrento Mesa

SAN DIEGO-A publicly traded, high-technology company has signed a 37-month sublease with Thermoscan to occupy 50,000 sf in the Sorrento Mesa area, in a deal valued at approximately $1.9 million.

SAN DIEGO-Applied Micro Circuits Inc., a publicly traded, San Diego-based high-technology company, has signed a sublease with Thermoscan for space at 10421 Pacific Center Ct. in Sorrento Mesa, in a deal valued at $1.9 million.

Applied Micro, which designs, develops, manufactures and markets high-bandwidth silicon solutions for the world’s optical networks, will move its marketing department to the new space from its nearby corporate headquarters.
