Meckler, Bulger & Tilson, now at 233 S. Wacker Dr., will move into the red-, rose- and gray-granite building when it opens early next year. "Now that the date the building will be available for occupancy matches the timing of the space planning of ourtargeted tenant market, we will be able to consummate leases," said Larry Krueger, managing director of Prentiss' Midwest region. "In addition to the Meckler, Bulger & Tilson lease, we have another 37,000 sf under letter of intent at 123 North Wacker plus substantial interest from a wide array of other potential tenants."
