Also at One O'Hare Plaza, tenant Qwest Communications renewed their lease for five years on 19,643 sf in the Class A office building that Prentiss Properties owns and manages.
Another recent lease renewal is Debis IT Services, which signed on for another five years at 701 Warrenville Road in west suburban Lisle, where they occupy 35,274 sf, more than half of the Class A building owned and managed by Prentiss.
