LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA-Los Angeles-based Crown Valley LLC pays $338 per sf for a 100% occupied retail center.

Located at 30012 Crown Valley Pkwy., the center is 100% occupied. Major tenants include Pick Up Stix, 7th Heaven Market, Subway and L.A. Carpet.

The property was sold by Reza Etedali of Sperry Van Ness' Newport Beach office for the seller, Laguna Crown LTD of Westlake Village. The buyer was represented in the transaction by George Barkhordarian.
