World's Second-Largest Pepsi Distributor Decides to Stay Put

ROLLING MEADOWS, IL-After hiring Julien J. Studley, Inc. to find new space, Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers, Inc. decided to stay put. The world’s second-largest independent Pepsi-Cola bottler has leased 122,701 sf of office space at 3701 Algonquin Road in this northwest suburb of Chicago.

Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers distributes soft drink products in a 10-state region that represents 17% of Pepsi-Cola’s U.S. market. In addition, Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers’ reach extends to Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and the Republic of Slovakia.

Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers discovered expansion of operations in their region required more than the 102,015 sf it already had at 3701 Algonquin Road. After studying its options, the distributor decided to renew its lease and expand where it was.
