Texas Telecom Firm Buys New Location in Orange County

IRVINE, CA-SBC Services will house its web hosting operation in the industrial building it has leased for 10 years.

Located at 2681 Kelvin Ave., the San Antonio-based telecommunications firm will use the new location for its web-hosting operation. SBC has already occupied the building.

Bryon Ward and Scott Read, senior VPs with Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the owner, ISCO-Irvine North of Los Angeles. They were the sole brokers in the transaction.
