Marquette Bancshares, a banking firm, signed a 10-year renewal agreement for 55,256 sf on floors 38, 39 and 40, and parts of three other floors at the 593,000-sf, 40-story tower at 60 S. 6th St. Dain Rauscher Inc., the building's namesake, agreed to a 53-month lease expansion that adds an additional 19,259 sf to the 250,376 sf it already leases there.
Representing the tenants in the transactions were Jeff LaFavre of Bloomington, MN-based United Properties for Marquette Bancshares and Tina Hoye of Minneapolis-based Nelson, Tietz & Hoye for Dain Rauscher. Jeff Essen of Brookfield'sMinneapolis office represented the owner in both deals.
