CarrAmerica Development Nears Completion of 73,000-SF Office Project for Law Firm

DENVER-CarrAmerica Development Inc., has inked a deal to manage a 73,000-sf office building being completed for the technology law firm of Cooley Godward LLP in the Interlocken Business Park in Broomfield.

The law firm will occupy the top three floors of the 10-story building located at 380 Interlocken Crescent in Interlocken Business Park. Cooley’s new offices will house more than 115 attorneys, including about 60 of who are currently located in downtown Boulder. Scheduled for occupancy in late January, the Interlocken space will include a prominent interconnection of the ninth and tenth floors as well as multiple technologically advanced conference rooms.

Bill Krokowski, CarrAmerica’s managing director in Denver, says that his company has experience across the country managing tenant build outs, “which allows us to quickly and cost effectively complete tenant spaces.”
