Arizona Recycling Inc., a Phoenix-based computer recycler, leased 14,073-sf in the Sherman Industrial Park II. The industrial building is at 2310 W. Sherman St. The company will use the space for warehousing and distribution of computers.
Phoenix Freeway Partners of Phoenix is the owner of the building.
The Phoenix office of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services, with brokers David Wilson and Jeff Hulseweh, negotiated the lease.
