In the first deal, Exide Corp., the world's largest maker of automotive and industrial lead-acid batteries and a leader in electric storage solutions, has moved its world headquarters from Reading, PA to 21,116 sf at Boston Properties' 210 Carnegie Center. The company has annual revenues of $2.2 billion from operations in 23 countries, and will move 50 jobs into the state.

In the second, Broadbeam Corp., a global wireless solutions provider, has signed for 11,659 sf at the Patrinely Group's 100 College Road West. The space will be used as executive offices and a computer center/hosting operation, and represents an expansion of Broadbeam's existing Princeton headquarters operation.
