The 28,500-sf retail center at 1025 Prospect St. is owned by Pacific Equity Properties of Los Angeles and Ramsey Real Estate Group of San Diego.
Keeton Construction was the general contractor, and Gafcon was the construction manager for the three-story, concrete-and-steel building.
Michael Kovac was the project architect and Horowitz Taylor Engineering was the structural engineer.
