In one transaction, Benefit Land Title, Inc. signed a five-year lease for 8,159 sf of office space with Bentall US LLC of Canada for $1.06 million. Located in the Bentall Executive Center, 1551 N. Tustin Ave., in Santa Ana, the new lease is an expansion of the company's business. Chris Latta of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, and John Gillespie of Bentall represented the owner.
Also, Seldon Investments, an anto-parts manufacturer, is expanding its business with the purchase of a 13,924-sf industrial building from the Beck Family Trust in a transaction valued at $1.2 million. The building is located at 1550 Kellogg Dr. in Anaheim. Patrick Delaney, CCIM of Lee & Associates represented the seller, while Don Paul of Ashwill Associates in Orange represented the buyer.
