KENT, WA-AMB Property Corp.’s three-building Harvest Business Park here is now fully leased thanks to Eagle Global Logistics, an air-freight forwarder that leased a 75,591-sf building in the park to accommodate a consolidation with another air freight operation it recently acquired.

Ari Salomon of Bellevue, WA-based Puget Sound Properties, broker for Eagle, tells GlobeSt the space was leased by Eagle to accommodate its consolidation with Circle International. The six-acre, 191,841-sf complex at 6403 S 194th St. was selected in part because of its proximity to the Seattle Tacoma International Airport. Scott Price of Trammell Crow in Tacoma represented AMB.
