The seller is General Foods Corp., represented by Grubb & Ellis, and the buyer, Pro Line Paper Inc. of Pineville, NC. Ablah Enterprises of Wichita, KS has represented the buyer of the vacant property.
Lindsey and Fulford also have hawked the 110,712-sf former headquarters and manufacturing site of Equipto-Aurora Equipment. The team has acted on behalf of the seller for the site located at 4819 Maple Ave. in Dallas. The property has been bought by Kalogridis International Ltd.
