GVA Williams indeed put its stamp on the market at the end of last year when brokers Mitch Roman, Jim Correll and Greg Sabato teamed up to close more than 345,000 sf of transactions. In the largest deal, they sold the 67,000-sf 5 Taft Rd. in Totowa, NJ on behalf of HAL Properties.
Others included a 50,000-sf lease for Faro Services in Little Falls, NJ; the sale of the 48,000-sf 4 Taft Rd. in Totowa for Hoben Investments; the acquisition of the 45,000-sf 13-17 Daniel Rd., Fairfield, NJ by Harriet Baime & Woodmont Properties; and a 28,000-sf lease on behalf of Advantage Direct in Lincoln Park, NJ.
Smaller deals involved leases by AAA Communications in Fairfield, Warshauer Electric in Parsippany, Elite Agents in Fairfield, Max Lite in Montville, Tri Power in Parsippany, among others.
