Shopping Strip Fetches $1.6 Mil

LOS ANGELES-The Claremont Shopping Strip has been sold to a real estate investment group.

The Claremont Shopping Strip stands at 750 S. Indian Hill Blvd. It was purchased by Victorville Holding Inc., a real estate investment group.

The buyer was represented by Charles Shillington of Marcus & Millichap's Ontario office. Matt Sullivan, also of the Ontario office, represented the seller, Triad Partners.
