Octagon has increased its sixth floor space by 3,574 square feet and extended the lease for a six-year term. W&M Construction Corp. will build out the space for the tenant at the 180,000 sf, seven story building located just outside of the downtown business district of Stamford.

Octagon, the global sports marketing unit of the Interpublic Group of Companies, is one of the world's largest advertising and marketing communications companies, with offices in 19 countries. W&M Properties represented the building owner, an affiliate of the Malkin family. Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut Inc. represented the tenant.
