Cowen, an 11-year veteran of commercial real estate, had been the department's director. Her job entails overseeing market research and analysis. She previously had been research director for Fults/ONCOR. Cousins Stone, headquartered in Irving, TX, has a 5.7-million sf portfolio, with such high-profile properties as The Towers at Williams Square, 1700 Pacific, Millennium Center and the newly acquired The Points at Waterview. The firm also is the development manager for the 12,000-acre, master-planned Las Colinas, one of the region's premier upscale business and residential developments. Cousins Stone is an affiliate of Atlanta-based Cousins Properties Inc.
