Bizrate has sublet 36,725-sf of office space in Los Angeles to Metapa, a New York-based tech company that specializes in digital media distribution. Metapa has already moved into the building, which is located at 4055 and 4063 Redwood Ave. Bizrate still occupies 60,000 sf there.
Both parties were represented by Gray DeFevere of Grubb & Ellis' LA office.
