Park West is owned by Prentiss Properties LP, which had been represented by in-house broker Bill Reister in the lease transaction. The Staubach Co.'s Scott Collier and Karra Guess had acted on the tenant's behalf.
About a month ago, WorldTravel BTI had leased 18,433-sf in the class-A Two Lincoln Centre, owned by Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. It had been uncertain at the time if the corporate travel agent had planned to consolidate its metroplex operations come June when it moves into Two Lincoln Centre. WorldTravel also has space at 12712 Park Central Dr. and the Twin Towers, 8585 Stemmons Freeway.
In another lease signing, Staubach Retail Services has finalized a 10,000-sf contract for the Shoe Carnival. The retailer will open a store in Riverside Market in Tulsa, OK. Adam Schiller, Staubach vice president, had represented Shoe Carnival.
