Garibaldi broker Joseph J. Garibaldi, IV, arranged the deal. Garibaldi's CORFAC affiliate in San Jose, CA, where Cisco is based, was part of the deal.
It's the third such deal Garibaldi has done for Cisco in the last year. The two earlier signings were in the same ballpark as this latest one, combining for about 100,000 sf of space.
Cisco, which already had two floors in the building, is increasing its tenancy to two additional floors.
