Fujitsu has relocated to a 146,000-sf facility at the Irvine Spectrum, where the company has signed a 10-year lease valued at $17 million. TDK will relocate from its current facility in Tustin to the new building, and expects to be fully operational there by April.
TDK Semiconductor manufactures and sells integrated circuits for data transmission applications. It is a unit of TDK USA Corp., a group of companies that services a variety of fields including recording media, voice, data and communication products and integrated circuits.
Jeff Chiate, Bob Griffith and Rick Ellison, directors with Cushman & Wakefield's Irvine office, represented the seller. Mark Larson and Gary Stocke of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the buyer in the transaction.
