Prior to joining Faris Lee, Walter was president of MortgagePlan, a mortgage banking company. A 27-year industry veteran, Walter has an extensive background in real estate sales, finance and development. In his new position, Walter will be responsible for company growth and developing new markets for the firm.
"Our goal is to position our firm as the dominant shopping center brokerage company in Southern California, and we selected Rich to lead that drive," says Joe Faris, principal of Faris Lee.
