The owners' five other hotels in California are also up for sale at a total price of $83 million or $250,000 per room. The Miami and Los Angeles offices of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels are marketing the properties in Savannah; Monterey, CA; and four hotels in Laguna Beach, CA.
The brokers are trying to sell the package to a single owner but will split the properties to do the deal. Marshall House room rates during the peak tourist season are $150 to $200 per night. Savannah is 200 miles southeast of Downtown Atlanta.
