The two-story building, located at 3401 Katella Ave. near the intersection of Los Alamitos Blvd., has 17,894 sf. Currently 100% leased, the building has 14 tenants including Century 21 and American Title Company.
This is the second time the property has sold in the past year. According to Mike Austin, broker with Sperry Van Ness' Irvine office who represented the seller, Douglas Fisher of Silverado Canyon, CA the trust purchased the building based on its location.
David Cox of Ashwill Associates in Orange represented the trust in the transaction.
