The building is on the market on a sublet basis. The unnamed owner recently outsourced its distribution operations to a third-party logistics company, rendering the space as surplus. The building was purpose-built for the owner in 1992.
The site is just off of Exit 8A of the NJ Turnpike in Central New Jersey, which is currently part of a corridor where logistics is king and the market is tight. Because of the high demand for such space, it isn't expected to remain on the market for very long.
