Crawford Contracting Group has signed a five-year lease for the office-warehouse space, Michelle Hudson, senior vice president of Henry S. Miller Commercial, told GlobeSt.com. Hudson along with Dan Spika, also a senior vice president, has represented the building owner, Aquiport Dfwip Inc., a RREEF subsidiary. Gary Lindsey and Robert Fulford of Grubb & Ellis Co. have acted on the tenant's behalf in the recent lease signing.
Crawford's space in the 62,000-sf structure at 2205 Hutton Dr. has been on the market just 120 days, according to Hudson. It had been occupied by Silk City, which used the property to manufacture silk plants.
