A 22-year veteran of the construction and real estate development industries, Figone's background is in project management, field supervision, building system evaluation, conceptual design and estimating and contract administration. Figone has been involved in the construction of high-rise, mid-rise, tilt-up core and shell and tenant improvement projects.
"His diverse experience parallels that of our company's direction and his ability to successfully oversee many levels of construction on various projects will be an invaluable asset to our firm," says company president Andrew L. Youngquist.
Before joining ALY Construction Figone was construction manager for Legacy Partners Commercial Inc. and managed the firm's office projects throughout California. Before that he worked for Haskell Constructors Ltd. as project manager on multifamily, retail and commercial projects.
