Urban Renewal Panel Discussion Slated for Feb. 28

ELMSFORD-The Westchester Municipal Planning Federation and the Westchester County Department of Planning will host a panel discussion titled Urban Renewal/Redevelopment Techniques: Back to the Future? on Feb. 28.
