The deal was arranged on behalf of Pru by Jeff Dunne, Chris McManus and Kevin Welsh of CB Richard Ellis' tri-state investment team. The seven-person team specializes in marketing investment properties on behalf of owners in the suburban New York area, including New Jersey.
The Morristown Office Centre was more than 98% leased at the time it was sold. Lead tenants include Salomon Smith Barney, the Equitable Life Assurance Society, Mutual of Omaha and Valley National Bank.
