"Dow Jones had more space than it needed here, so we structured a disposition in the form of a lease," according to John Giordano III, SVP and associate principal of Staubach's Northern New Jersey office.
The deal leaves about 63,000 sf available in Building 5 of Kilgore. The property is located in the fast-growing Route 1 corridor, about halfway between Princeton and New Brunswick in the central part of the state.
