The company has also appointed Michael Grace senior securities analyst for retail, industrial and diversified REITS. Prior to this post, he was a senior analyst with the Penobscot Group, a REIT research firm in Boston, worked for the Federal Home Loan Bank in Boston as a financial economist, and as a banking analyst for Depositors Insurance Fund of Massachusetts.
