Country Maid Two New Lodging Acquisitions, Increasing Revenues

LEBANON, OR-Country Maid Financial Inc. has successfully negotiated leases with purchase options for two Texas lodging properties. Through its subsidiary Territorial Inns Management Inc., the locally based, publicly traded company is in the business of acquiring, leasing and managing lodging facilities, and currently operates in eight states.

The new leases are expected to add more than $1.8 million in annual gross revenues for Country Maid. Both will be operated and managed by the subsidiary, Territorial Inns Management Inc. The most valuable of the two properties is the 82-room Best Western Conestoga Inn in Plainview, TX, currently owned by True Visions Co. LLC. The property is valued at $3 million. Renamed the Best Western Hallmark Inn, it is anticipated to add $1.15 million per year in revenue to Country Maid Financial.
