In Richardson, Henry S. Miller's Janice Peters and Rhonda Rittenhouse have represented RREEF in a 2,460-sf industrial lease at the 137,125-sf Richardson Service Center, 850-880 N. Dorothy Drive. The new tenant is the North American Coal Corp.
The Arlington Center for Dermatology has leased 2,568 sf at the Arlington Medical Plaza, located at 801 Road to Six Flags. Henry S. Miller Commercial's Jim Turano, senior vice president in the office division, has negotiated the lease for the building owner and Kim Wilkerson has acted for the tenant.
