Law Firm Inks $2.1-Mil Deal to Locate at Prestigious Downtown Address

LOS ANGELES-Breiderbach, Buckley sublets 17,355 sf of office space at Downtown tower in six-year deal valued at $2.1 million.

LOS ANGELES-Another law firm is moving to Downtown, signing a six-year sublet arrangement for 17,355 sf of office space at the 1000 Wilshire building.

The value of the lease is valued at $2.1 million. Terms call for the law firm of Breiderbach, Buckley, Hutching, Halm & Hamblet to take a full floor at 1000 Wilshire, which recently has seen a flurry of rental activity.
