Nucentrix Broadband Relocating Headquarters to International Business Park

CARROLLTON, TX-Nucentrix Broadband Networks Inc. is uprooting its Plano headquarters and heading to Carrollton’s International Business Park. The broadband provider has signed for 28,000 sf in Phase VIII at 4120 International Parkway, a Billingsley Co. project that’s nearing the finish line.

The project’s first tenant, Informatica, will move into its 28,000-sf office spot Feb. 12, Feliz Jarvis, a Billingsley senior vice president who helped broker the deal, tells GlobeSt.com.

The Nucentrix signing takes the 99,000-sf structure to about 75% occupancy. Full occupancy is just around the corner. “At this rate,” says Jarvis, “possibly in the next two weeks.” Nucentrix is eyeing a May move-in to its space, which is being tailored for its 80-employee corporate staff. The high-tech tenant presently offices in a Custer Road structure in Plano.
