The complex also will include the Stone Hill Clubhouse, which contains a hearthroom, library/card room, on-site management and laundry facilities. The facility was scheduled to open on Jan. 31.
The project was financed through the Federal Housing Tax Credit program and also received a New York State Housing Trust Fund Loan and a Federal Home Loan Bank loan. It also secured funding from Orange County.
